If you were lucky enough to experience the Throwdown 1.0 @ The Den DXB, you will know that these competitions are always great fun! Expect good vibes, good tunes and of course some spicy workouts! Your teams must be made up of 4 participants (2 males and 2 females). There is 1 category for this event. 

The competition format for this series is a shortened version lasting for 60 minutes per team. There will be 3 x 15 minute workouts with a 5 minute break between. The workouts will include; A) a conditioning test, B) a lifting test, and C) a mixed modal test. Your team’s scores will be entered into a leaderboard and the winners will be announced on the Saturday night! Heat times and workouts will be released 1-week before so keep an eye out for this. The first heat will start at 10am and the final heat will be at 4:40pm. Please ensure that you arrive at least 30 minutes before your heat so that you do not miss out on your start time.

There will be a separate price for the lifting event which will be announced on the day.
