MEMBERSHIP/CLASS PACK/DROP-IN TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. This membership is exclusively for your personal use.

2. Prior to accessing the gym, please check in at the front desk.

3. Gym membership is available for individuals aged 16 and above. Proof of age may be requested.

5. Class packs are valid for 30 days.

6. Session cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before the session begins to avoid deduction from your membership.

7. Freezing of memberships is not allowed.

8. This agreement grants access to BHTH FITNESS LLC ‘The Den DXB’ provided all dues are current. Operating hours are as follows:

Sunday – Thursday: 05.00 – 21.00

Friday – 07.00 – 12.30

Saturday – 08.00 – 15.00

Location: Unit Number 12, Dubai Autodrome Retail Plaza, Motor City, Dubai, U.A.E.

9. Open gym hours are per the schedule and members are only permitted during designated times.

10. This membership serves as a liability release, and members agree to indemnify BHTN FITNESS LLC against any claims of loss or damage. Members affirm their ability to participate in exercises and complete the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire.

11. By purchasing, you agree to become a member of BHTH FITNESS LLC ‘The Den DXB’ under the terms & conditions stated.

12. BHTH FITNESS LLC ‘The Den’ reserves the right to terminate membership for breach of terms & conditions or undesirable behaviour.

CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP POLICY:

Members wishing to terminate their recurring payments must provide written notice at least 30 days prior to the desired cancellation date. Such notice shall be submitted in accordance with the procedures outlined in the membership agreement. Any cancellation requests must adhere to the aforementioned notice period and shall not be considered valid until all outstanding dues and fees have been settled in accordance with the terms of the membership agreement. Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to customercare@thedendxb.com.

PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS:

United Arab Emirates law governs all transactions.

Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED are accepted.

Transactions will be processed in the currency displayed at checkout.

We do not engage in transactions with OFAC and sanctioned countries.

Minors under 18 years old are prohibited from transacting on the website.

Cardholders must retain transaction records and website policies.

Payments from certain countries are not accepted.

Refunds, if issued, will be processed via the Original Mode of Payment within 10 to 45 days.
